John Harte is a trial lawyer who began practicing law in 1971 and has tried cases across South Carolina in all levels of trial and appellate courts including the Federal 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. John was admitted to the United States Supreme Court. He was a Family Court for four years and during that time was appointed as Special Circuit Court Judge in more than 26 counties.  A former member of the Lawyers Disciplinary and Judicial Standards Commission, John understands how the system is supposed to work and how to make it work for you. Located in Aiken SC.
