Our team has successfully represented the families of individuals injured or killed while in police custody or while being pursued by law enforcement. Our results have included a settlement of several hundred thousands of dollars for the family of a prisoner who died while in State Custody and a settlement in excess of $200,000 for the passenger in a vehicle that was pursued at high speed by law enforcement.
